Ravyn uses a scoring engine that evaluates every available load across four dimensions: equipment match (does it fit your truck?), rate per mile (how it compares to market average), mileage (optimized for your preferred range), and lane preference (bonus points for routes you've told us you like). Only loads scoring 85 or above trigger a call — so when your phone rings, it's always a legitimate opportunity worth your attention.

Available on Growth and Fleet plans, you can set custom quiet hours directly in the app — for example, 10 PM to 7 AM. Ravyn will never call during those hours, period. You can also flip on a Do Not Disturb toggle at any time to pause calls instantly, then turn it back off when you're ready to roll again. Your sleep is protected.

No. Ravyn checks whether you have an active booked load before every call. If you're already on a run, she won't call — she knows you're busy. The moment your load is marked complete, she's back on the hunt. This is one of several built-in guardrails designed to make sure every call she makes is relevant and timely.

No problem. The load stays visible in your Loads screen inside the app, where you can review it, see the full details, and book it yourself. You'll also receive a push notification alongside the call so you always have a record. Ravyn won't call back about the same load, but if a similar load appears on a different lane, she'll call about that one separately.

Load boards like DAT require you to log in, search manually, scroll through dozens of listings, and negotiate yourself — every single time. RigHawkAI does all of that for you automatically. The AI scans continuously, scores every load before you see it, filters out anything that doesn't match your equipment or RPM requirements, and then has Ravyn call your phone when something good appears. You don't lift a finger until a great load is already in front of you.

Founding members join the waitlist before launch and lock in a permanently discounted rate — Starter at $147/mo, Pro at $197/mo, Fleet at $347/mo. That rate is yours forever, regardless of future price increases. When we launch, waitlist members get first access. No payment is required to join the waitlist — you'll be prompted to add a payment method only when we're ready to activate your account. Founding member spots are limited and close when we hit our cap.

Yes, anytime. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Growth to Fleet at any point from your profile settings. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date so you keep your current features until then.

Currently supported: Dry Van, Flatbed, Refrigerated (Reefer), Car Hauler, and Step Deck. Car Hauler drivers can also specify their vehicle capacity during onboarding so Ravyn only surfaces loads that match how many cars you can move. More equipment types are being added — if yours isn't listed, let us know at signup and we'll prioritize it.

The Fleet plan at $999/month supports up to 20 trucks. Each driver gets their own Ravyn configuration — separate equipment type, preferred lanes, quiet hours, and call phone number. You get a fleet-wide analytics dashboard so you can track earnings, load acceptance rates, and average RPM across your entire operation in one place. It's the full dispatcher replacement for growing carriers.

Your phone number, earnings data, documents, and personal information are never sold or shared with third parties. Your call history and load data are private to your account only.
