RigHawk AI provides an AI-powered dispatch and load management platform designed to help independent carriers and owner-operators find, evaluate, and book freight and vehicle transport loads. The Service includes AI load discovery, load scoring, voice-based load notifications through our AI dispatch agent Ravyn, financial tracking tools, and document storage.
The Service is provided as a tool to assist your business operations. All final decisions regarding load acceptance, pricing negotiations, and business relationships remain entirely your responsibility. RigHawk AI does not act as a freight broker, transportation intermediary, or licensed dispatcher.
Ravyn is an AI-powered voice agent that contacts you by phone to deliver load information when a qualifying load is identified. By using the Service, you expressly consent to receiving outbound calls from Ravyn to the phone number associated with your account.
Ravyn is an AI system. While we work to ensure accuracy, Ravyn may occasionally provide incomplete or imperfect load information. You are responsible for independently verifying load details before accepting any load. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate load information delivered by Ravyn.
Ravyn operates based on data available at the time of scanning. Load availability, rates, and pickup windows on third-party platforms may change between the time Ravyn identifies a load and the time you attempt to book it.
RigHawk AI integrates with third-party platforms including Central Dispatch (operated by Cox Automotive / Dealertrack). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and you are responsible for maintaining valid subscriptions and complying with their terms.
By connecting a third-party account to RigHawk AI, you authorize us to access and act on your behalf within that platform solely to deliver the features described in the Service. You must not use RigHawk AI in any way that violates the terms of service of any connected third-party platform.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Central Dispatch or Cox Automotive, except through our status as an authorized software integration partner.
RigHawk AI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plan pricing is displayed on our website and in the app. Founding member pricing, where applicable, is locked for the life of your account as described at the time of enrollment.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@righawkai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Founding member rates are exempt from standard price increases for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

All content, features, technology, and functionality of the RigHawk AI platform — including but not limited to the Ravyn AI agent, load scoring algorithms, software, design, and trademarks — are owned by Clairen Haus LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own business operations during your subscription period. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including documents and business records. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLAIREN HAUS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT LOAD MATCHES IDENTIFIED BY THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATELY PRICED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC OPERATION. ALL LOAD DECISIONS ARE MADE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
RAVYN IS AN AI SYSTEM AND MAY MAKE ERRORS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BUSINESS OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM INFORMATION PROVIDED BY RAVYN.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLAIREN HAUS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST LOADS, LOST REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clairen Haus LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law; or (d) your interactions with any load broker, shipper, or carrier facilitated through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
